About Time Builders have worked on two projects for us. The first involved the remodelling of our bathrooms. We were happy with the result, which was completed on time and on budget. As a consequence, we asked them to tender for our second and much larger job which involved extensive extensions to our house. Their quote was one of the most reasonable.
We have found Gary, Ash and the team to be honest, trustworthy and they have been a pleasure to work with. Throughout the building, Gary gave us fortnightly updates in which he compared the ongoing expenses to his quote. His estimatations were largely accurate.
Ash, who oversees the building, is a perfectionist who came up with many suggestions that were not only practical, but improved the aesthetics of the project. They went out of their way to try and make the building process impact on us as little as possible and frequently went to some trouble to make the building secure when we went away. We are very pleased with the final result.

About Time Builders have completed a number of projects for our company to a high standard, including the massive undertaking of building our large 60 bail rotary cowshed. This project was extremely important to us and due to seasonal constraints we had very limited time and high expectations. We could not fault the work of the Team at About Time Builders at any time.

About Time Builders were contracted to refit the old Georgie Pie building in Greenwood Street. I brought the building in a burnt out state at the beginnng of 2003 to develop into a showroom and offices for Kings Cars. I project managed the job, working closely with Ash throughout the project. The job went smoothly and was completed to a high standard in a timely manner and within budget.
At the end of 2006 we refitted, earthquake rated and put billboards on my buildings in Kent and Hall Street. These buildings had very little money spent on them for many years, they were very run down and had been voted one of the ugliest buildings in Hamilton. These buildings have now been successfully leased out after About Time Builders had completed their major makeover. Once again their work was done in a timely manner, to budget and in a tradesman like manner. Many other small maintenance jobs have been done by About Time for myself with Ash as Foreman, including the relocation of 4 houses from one site to another.
I do not hesitate in recommending their services.
